decrease resistance and
fatigue. The way we look

geese, fish and fighter jets, then it's good

Joseph
Warren, has been nurturing his
innate, entrepreneurial
spirit since he
was a child.
He began by helping his
father to grow the family business.
At the age
of 19, he started raising
funds for
several national charitable
organizations. Within 6 months,
he was
awarded the coveted
Branch Manager
position, becoming the youngest
Branch
Manager in company history.
While overseeing
a team of over 50
employees,
Joseph successfully
transformed the Chicago, Long
Beach,
and San Diego branch
offices into top
producers,
exceeding revenues of
$2 million at each location.
After moving to
Tampa, in the Fall of
2007, Joseph
gathered ten business
owners at a
roundtable to discuss his
brainchild, Brainstorm
Weekly. Within
18 months,
Brainstorm Weekly has
morphed from
a monthly business
networking event
with motivational &
accountability coaching, into a
thriving
Business Model
Design & Innovation
company.
Joseph was born with an
unquenchable
desire to
lead others to their
full
potential. He attracts
and collaborates
with like-minded people who
share his
same
core values of
abundance,
collaboration and integrity.
Joseph is
grounded and disciplined,
and
attributes Brainstorm
Weekly's
growing success to
his unshakeable

| Rolando
Lopez, joined the Brainstorm
Weekly team in September of 2008.
Fluent in both English and Spanish,
he
has 20+ years experience in financial
management
and
consulting for
companies such as
GE, Exxon and
Accenture in the United States and his
native Venezuela.
In the role of
Accountability Coach, Rolando acts as a wise
mentor for both clients
and the Brainstorm
Weekly
team, making sure that
core values, vision/mission, strategy, and
execution
are aligned at all times.
Rolando holds an MBA from the Florida
Institute of Technology, a
Bachelors Degree in Management
Information Systems from the
University of South Florida, and
a Bachelors Degree in
Accounting
from the
Universidad
Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado in Venezuela.

Thomas
Szubka, joined the Brainstorm
Weekly team in October
2008.
He is a resourceful,
innovative execut-
ive with over 15
years in general and
operations
management experience,
having worked with the City of
Tampa,
the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers, Central
Parking
Corporation, and the Cintas
Corporation.
As an
effective human-capital
and
organizational development
profession-
al, Thomas has an
uncanny ability to
effectively relate
with all individuals.
His experience in the NFL gives
Thomas
a very
unique perspective
on the
concept of Team,
also lending to his
effectiveness with Team
Building.
As a current
member of the Board of
Directors for the United Way of
Tampa
Bay, Thomas also
co-chairs the Live
United Network, the UWTB's
innovative
approach
to engaging
community
involvement.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of
Science in
Finance from the
University of Illinois
and is a member of American Mensa. |

| Heather
Kendall, joined the Brainstorm Weekly
team in January 2008.
Since the early age of 16, Heather has
had a colorful history
of impeccable customer service for demanding
clients such as
Hans Fredrick
in Tampa,
Lagence Modeling Agency in
Atlanta, Macy's and
Paul Stewart
in NYC,
Harold's in Kansas City and Oui
Vend
in Tampa.
In addition to serving her
own clients through
Heather Kendall
Designs, she has worked with many charities
in Tampa for the last 12 years. With
her magnetic charm, she's a
joyful spirit
with a kind heart that is always
willing
to help those around her. She
brings
joy and levity to
all those who have
the privilege of knowing her.
Heather holds a Bachelors
Degree in
Fashion Merchandising & Design
from
Syracuse University and The American College
for the Applied Arts, and an
Associates degree in Visual Arts from
Pine Manor College.

Andrew
Malowitz, joined the Brainstorm
Weekly team in June of 2008.
After several successful endeavors
with-
in the hospitality industry, Andrew
made
the choice to leave hospitality and
move
into the
role of event
planning for
Brainstorm Weekly. With the
successful
launch of the Innovation Forum,
Andrew
continues to plan events for
Brainstorm
Weekly and
the Regional Innovation
Initiative.
Andrew holds
a BBA/MA in Business
Administration and
Hospitality Events
Planning.

Jason
Stoll,
joined the
Brainstorm
Weekly team in October of 2008.
As a self-proclaimed left-brain
thinker (who is rapidly
developing his right-
brain creative
side), Jason has an
impressive
history
of process
improvement and project leadership.
A certified Six Sigma
Black belt and Lean
practitioner, Jason
spent ten
years in
manufacturing at Ideal-
Tomkins and two
years in business process
improvement at Tech Data
Corporation, generating over $2 million
in financial
impact through various
initiatives, projects and Kaizen events.
Jason holds an MBA from the University of
Florida, and a Bachelors degree
in
Physics from SUNY Fredonia.
